1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Derrald McDaniel at 7:13 PM.
2. Minutes
The minutes of the December 2011 minutes were read.Correction of the next meeting was changed to
2012. Motion to accept with change by Derrald McDaniel, second by Dave Buech. Motion carried.
3. Discussion of Public Hearing
There were no objections to the zoning change request by Jason Hilbrand of 8136 County Rd D, Omro
and Craig Anderson of E1814 Filpula Rd, Skandia, MI. The request is in compliance with the Town of Poygan
zoning. Motion by Dave Buech and second by Derrald McDaniel to recommend to the Town
Board to accept the zoning change. Roll call vote: Buech-yes, McDaniel-yes, Rae- yes,
Bredbeck-yes, Wex-yes. Motion carried.
4. Discussion of CSM
CSM (#3227) of Parcel Numbers 020022101 and 0200221 No problems are foreseen and Town Board
will address at next meeting.
5. Ballot vote for Chairman
Tabled from December, a ballot vote was held and Willie Rae was elected Chairman.
6. Public Input
No information of the Winnebago Farmland Preservation
